Can I just tell you that I feel like a slow learner in the facebook realm? I started an account last night at the request of some friends. I logged on tonight to check things out and I was WAY confused. Is it just like an ongoing little chat room? Some people that I'm now "friends" with have these cute little pages with all sorts of extras. I think I'm going to need some tutoring before I become a facebook junkie! :)

It takes time to get used to it, AND they just changed the whole layout so now its an even bigger confusing mess than it was before!! I will tutor ya!! A few hints: If you see a cute lil thing ie. Flair, My Family) on someones page there will be a link right on it that you can go to to get your own cute lil thing, then how you put it on your page is by clicking "Add to Profile/Wall Tab", you can drag it to whichever spot you want it to be in once its on your Wall Tab; your Boxes Tab is not on the same page as your Wall (your Wall is your Profile page), but there is a clicky tab along the top of your Wall that takes you to your Boxes, I dont use it for my cute lil things, just the Misc. extra things. On your Home page (which is also called your News Feed), which is the giant chat looking thing, you can hover in the top right corner of peoples comments or quizzes and then select to Hide the person or the quiz (you probably arent at that stage just yet, but after a while the quizzes take over your Home page and it gets a bit annoying)(a hint with quizzes, if you take them, you dont have to PUBLISH them. Publishing is what makes it appear on the Home page and on everyone who is your friends Home page.) Just know that you are doing just fine and that we are all so happy you have joined us!!
